Ensuring proper maintenance toward the products purchased from IT Tech Research is important in order to enhance the potential of the products sold.  We hence introducing service contract to most of our major equipment to help saving customer time and money due to instrument’s down time.  The advantages of service contract are fast response within 24 hours after receiving break down calls from customers, routine onsite pre maintenance check by IT Tech trained engineers, availability of spare parts, and free labour (limited hours).  Equipment that under coverage of service contract are gas generator, ductless and ducted fumehood, general equipment and water purification system.
